1. General

R-TRE AB, Godsvägen 5 784 72 Borlänge ("R3") is the company that provides (the "website") and is the company that owns the ShowYourTrue brand. The following terms apply to all orders placed by the customer ("you"). Make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing an order.

By using the website and / or placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions set out in this document.

To be able to shop and order goods, you must be 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to cancel orders from persons who have provided incorrect personal information.

We reserve the right to change terms as needed without prior notice. It is always the version that is available at the time of ordering that applies. 

Just because a product is delivered at a certain given time does not guarantee that these products are always available. We reserve the right to remove or discontinue a product at any time. 

2. Prices

All prices stated on the website include VAT. Costs for the product and any additional fees are clearly stated in the checkout steps. 

We reserve the right to make obvious errors in prices. R3 always has the right to cancel an order that contains obviously incorrect prices. 

Promotional prices only apply to products that are in stock. Promotional products and discounted items cannot be combined with discount codes. R3 reserves the right to withdraw special offers or discounts at any time without notice. 

Payment method

We offer various payment options on the website. Including; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. You can also pay via Klarna and their checkout.

Payment is made when the goods we see that the goods are available in stock for immediate delivery. In case of card payment, the amount is reserved until the transaction is completed.

We are not responsible for any delay fees, reminder fees or delays as payment is not made on time. 

You as a customer are always responsible for entering the correct e-mail address.

4. Ordering

You place your order online via the website. If you have any questions, contact us at We usually ship your order within 1-3 days.

Once we have received your order, an email will be sent to you with an order confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to send your order, we will inform you as soon as possible at your specified e-mail address. Payment is canceled or a refund of the current amount is made to the same payment method used when ordering. 

5. Establishment of agreements

An agreement to buy is entered into only when we have confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation by e-mail. Always save your order confirmation for any contact with us. You can withdraw your order until it is confirmed by R3.

6. Delivery

You must provide correct and complete address information when ordering and we always strive to deliver your order in accordance with your delivery option. The customer is solely responsible for any delivery errors due to lack of information or incorrect address information. You will find our various delivery options at checkout. 

We work hard to send your order as quickly as possible in the order in which orders arrive. During certain periods under high pressure or promotions, we can not guarantee regular delivery times. Even in the event of unforeseen events, the order may take longer to be delivered. If the package is not picked up from the delivery point within seven (7) days, it will be sent back automatically and a handling fee of SEK 149 will be charged.

7. Transport damage

Damage that has occurred during transport must be reported to us at Immediately. Feel free to take pictures directly at the delivery point and explain together with pictures what happened

8. Exchange / Right of withdrawal / Returns 

We always have a 30-day open purchase, which means that you have the right to cancel your purchase. The 30-day right of withdrawal takes effect from the time you receive your order. R3 charges a fee of SEK 49 to cover costs for return shipping. 

To get your full payment (SEK 49) required, the product is in the same condition as they were when delivered to you. This means that the products must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, changed and that patches and labels are intact. If the product is not intact according to this, a deduction is made on the amount corresponding to its depreciation. 

For a return you need to contact us by e-mail at and clearly state that you want to make a return. We need then; name, address and order number. Then you get a return label to use. 

You as a customer are responsible for the product being packed well on a return and are intact when it arrives back to us. 

When we have received the product and seen that the product is intact, a refund will be made to you. Repayment is made through the same payment method made when ordering. 

9. Shipping

We use DHL and PostNord for secure deliveries. You can choose options for home delivery, which agent or directly down in your mailbox as a goods letter. Consignment notes, however, have a size limit that can mean that your package is sent to an agent even if you have chosen this shipping. 

Sometimes delivery delays occur from our suppliers outside our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can trust that we will always notify you if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.

We are responsible for transport to you as a customer. You and the transport company bear the risk of a possible return to us.

10. Complaints

If an item deviates from what follows from the agreement between you and the Site or in any other way does not correspond to the description of the item that the Site has given, the item can be returned. Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint. The right of complaint includes e.g. not faults caused by normal wear and tear. Complaint to The site must be done within a reasonable time after the error is discovered, but no later than within 3 years. Sajten reserves the right to remedy the defect in the first instance, secondly new delivery of the goods and ultimately repurchase.

If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions. Let us know  before sending anything. Attach the receipt and order number so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us.

In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.  


11. Colors & dimensions

We always want to show the products as accurately as possible in the best way by clearly showing properties and colors. The color of the product is directly dependent on the screen of your device and therefore we can not guarantee 100% visual accuracy. 

Dimensions stated on the website are only approximate to help you as a customer get an idea of the product. Dimensions may vary depending on manufacturing batch, materials, etc. 

12. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond R3 'reasonable control, such as in the event of amended legislation, government action, strike, blockade, sabotage, fire, flood, natural disaster, war, terrorism or similar events, R3's obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be suspended for as long as the circumstance prevails. . If such a delay exceeds 2 months, both you and R3 have the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.

13. Other
In the event of a dispute, R3 will follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations and Swedish law.
